You can return any item to us without a reason for a full refund, the return must be notified in writing, stating the order number (if bought online) to Chris@Daftduk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once notified you will then have a further 14 days to return your order to us. We do not offer a free returns service for refunds. Your order must be returned in its original packaging with tags and unused. We are happy to discuss any return outside of these terms and will look at each case individually.
All products (exc. Apparel) purchased are backed with a 12 months manufactures warranty from the day of purchase. Some products may have an extended warranty that requires you to register your product with the manufacturer. Please ensure the product registration is completed within 30 days of purchase. For any warranty issue please email us with your original order number (if bought online) and a brief description of the fault to chris@daftduk We will then arrange for your product to be collected by a courier and returned to Daftduk HQ. Your warranty will then be assessed. Depending on the type of warranty and product you will either receive a new product or a replacement of the faulty part. We are happy to discuss any warranty outside of its warranty period and will look at each case individually.
Definition of a warranty is the failing of any part by the manufacturer, accidental damage and fair wear and tear will not be considered.
Should you have not refused the item (That is later found to be damaged on closer inspection) and signed for it un-checked - please notify us within 48 hours. We will advise you on the course of action, but in most cases we'll arrange a collection and re delivery of another item. Where this is not possible and your returning items to us, (Mainly from Europe and ROW) please remember to enclose your certificate of posting with your claim, if you cannot provide evidence of posting then you may only be entitled to the minimum compensation.If your claim is for damage or part loss, all damaged packaging and contents must be retained and presented to our Currier on request.
All items returned are at the consumer’s expense and risk. All returned items must be in 100% re sell-able condition with packaging otherwise at our discretion they will be refused. Typically refunds are issues within seven working days of being received back.
